Face \u00e0 des enjeux majeurs comme les troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS) et les risques psychosociaux (RPS), l\u2019association a \u00e9labor\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie proactive pour 2023-2026, mise \u00e0 jour en juillet 2024. Ce plan s\u2019appuie sur un diagnostic approfondi (via la grille GPSST de l\u2019INRS) et vise \u00e0 :<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Renforcer la pr\u00e9vention gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rents form\u00e9s, en lien avec les CSSCT.<\/li><li>Am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail via des parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration, des formations cibl\u00e9es (gestes et postures, QVCT) et des am\u00e9nagements de postes.<\/li><li>Lutter contre la sinistralit\u00e9 en mutualisant les DUERP et en analysant syst\u00e9matiquement les accidents du travail.<\/li><\/ul><p>Avec 10 engagements concrets, dont la formalisation des d\u00e9marches anti-harc\u00e8lement et le suivi des entretiens professionnels, l\u2019AFASER r\u00e9affirme son devoir de protection envers ses 658 professionnels, tout en garantissant leur employabilit\u00e9 et leur bien-\u00eatre.
