structure les \u00e9changes : r\u00e9unions mensuelles des directeurs pour des aspects techniques et strat\u00e9giques, des r\u00e9unions trimestrielles par cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019\u00e9tablissements (MAS, ESAT, Foyers), un arr\u00eat\u00e9 de comptes avec arbitrages en mars auquel s\u2019ajoute un contr\u00f4le de gestion annuel en septembre.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Un soutien renforc\u00e9 est apport\u00e9 aux directeurs, via des r\u00e9unions de suivi pour les nouveaux ou en cas de besoin, avec un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Les professionnels sont pleinement impliqu\u00e9s :<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">les directeurs contribuent \u00e0 des missions ponctuelles (\u00e9tat des lieux, s\u00e9minaires, formation) et repr\u00e9sentent
